| You must have a User ID and Password in order to use the online registration facility. An ID is simple to get. Simply fill-in the information below and you are ready to go!
Do not signup for more than one ID per family. If you do, you will have to logon multiple times to update information you entered under each ID. If you want to signup another family member and know your ID and Password, click here, logon, and use the "Add New" button on the profile screen. To obtain a new ID, fill-in ALL of the fields below and then click on the Logon button.
IDs must be unique. If you attempt to enter an ID that is already used, you will be given three more opportunities to select another ID. Choose an ID and Password that is easy for you to remember but hard for anyone else to guess.
