FALL BASEBALL & SOFTBALL REGISTRATION

Thank you for your participation and support of Barrington Youth Baseball and Softball. Registration is now open for the 2010 Fall Ball season. The Fall league structure is grade based. Fall Ball is a great opportunity for those players who aren't quite ready to see the summer end. Rosters will be formed in mid-August with one or two scheduled practices prior to the start of a seven week game schedule. Games are played on Sunday afternoons beginning on September 12th and ending on October 24th. October 31st is a rain makeup date.

Baseball Divisions

  • Rookie: 1st and 2nd graders (all coach pitch)
  • Minors: 3rd and 4th graders (all player pitch)
  • Majors: 5th and 6th graders (spring majors rules)
  • Pony: 7th and 8th graders (wood bats)
  • Grades are for the 2010-11 school year.

Softball Divisions

  • Juniors: 1st and 2nd graders (all coach pitch)
  • Minors: 3rd and 4th graders (player & coach pitch)
  • Majors: 5th and 6th graders (player pitch-no walks)
  • Seniors: 7th and 8th graders
  • Grades are for the 2010-11 school year.

Payment and Refund Policy

Payments

2010 Fall Ball Fee is $95. Players will be issued a jersey and a cap.

Registration payments must be received by Friday, August 13, 2010 in order for a player to be assigned to a team. If payment is received after that date, the player will be assigned to a team if space is available.

Late registrations require an additional $20 fee.

Refunds

You may cancel your registration and receive a refund equal to the registration fee you paid minus $50 by notifying us in writing (e-mail finance@bybs.net) prior to Friday, August 13, 2010. No refunds will be given for cancellations after Friday, August 13, 2010.
