NEW - U8 BYBS Part-Time Travel Baseball for Spring 2026

*INTRODUCING a combination of the House and introductory Travel experience for qualified u8 baseball players.

*Providing families and qualified players the opportunity to participate in the House League with all of their classmates, while also receiving additional training and competition through the Part-Time team.  

*Players participate in both the Spring House Season with all of their friends while training and competing with their Part-Time Travel team.

*The u8 Part-Time Travel schedule begins in March and runs through July on days that do not conflict with the House Season. Practices will run weekly outside of the House practice schedule.

*Exclusive access to indoor practice fields in March and April

*The team will participate in 5 tournaments during the season.

**WHO- 2026 BYBS House Baseball participants under the age of 9 prior to May 1, 2026 are eligible to tryout.

**WHEN-Tryouts July 8-9, 2025 2pm to 330pm at the Fields of Dreams.

The season begins March 2026 and concludes in mid-July 2026.

**COST- An early estimate of $550 to $650 for the Part-Time experience that includes:

*Weekly practices space March through July

*Tournament entry into 5 events.

*Full uniform of cap, jersey, pants, socks, belt, etc.

**The Part-Time fee is in addition to the 2026 Spring House Registration fee.

** All 8U Part-Time players are required to participate in the Spring House league

NOTE- BYBS plans to also host the traditional u8 House All Star team (aka Mustangs) tryouts in late May next spring for a team that forms in early June and participates in two or three July tournaments.   This team would be for 2026 Spring House League players that chose not to participate in the Part-Time team tryouts or did not qualify for the team.
